Day 1: Saigon – Long An – Ben Tre (L/D)
8:00 Am pick up from your hotel and begin the first day of the trip is transfer you out of in Saigon.  Start your riding on back roads to Can Duoc. This town is known throughout Vietnam as the land of jasmine rice and sticky rice. Take some photos of Rach Cat base (French built-in 1903) and an ancient house with 100 support columns before cycling to My Tho. Stay a night in a local house.

Day 2: Ben Tre – Tra Vinh – Soc Trang (B/L/D)
You could wake up early morning to see children rush to school and do morning activities not only on land but also on the water. The highlight of cycling today is getting close to locals and bike coconut plantations and water palm fields. In the afternoon, pedal past Khmer villages, visit Khmer temples, cross the Mekong River and keep bicycling to Soc Trang city.

Day 3: Soc Trang – Bac Lieu – Ca Mau (B/L/D)
In the morning, spending 2 hours visiting the Khmer museum, Clay Pagoda, and Bat Pagoda by minivan. Then rocking and rolling on bikes on rural roads to Bac Lieu. By cycling today, you will meet so friendly people working on garlic and pickled scallion head fields. Your lunch at the former residence of mandarin’s son of Bac Lieu, whose parents were the richest people in the Mekong Delta region during the French occupation. Tran Trinh Huy,  he so rich that he doesn’t have to work at all. After lunch, drive in the A/C minivan to Ca Mau in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Ca Mau – Rach Gia (B/L/D)
In the morning, cycle to explore the Upper U – Minh forest, have a rowboat ride to discover a mangrove forest: taste wild honey and observe thousand of bats, storks, and birds in a big mangrove forest. After lunch, bike on country roads to Rach Gia city.

Day 5: Rach Gia – Chau Doc (B/L/D)
The highlight of today is seeing a huge rice paddy you have never seen before. Racing with locals’ boat by bicycle along the man-made canal to Thoai Son. Visit the Oc-Eo civilization and a colorful ancient temple of Kmer over here before you have lunch in town. In the afternoon, stop at the Ba Chuc “killing fields” and the go-ahead to the Tinh Bien border. Going to Chau Doc border town in the late afternoon.

Day 6: Chau Doc – Cao Lanh (B/L/D)
Chau Doc is located west of the Mekong Delta between the upper and lower branches of the Mekong River. It is not only the gateway for Vietnamese and Cambodia to travel between 2 countries but also the international for foreigners traveling by bike and by boat. Take a motorized boat for an hour to a floating village. Exploring beautiful footpaths on the low land, house on stilts, and see a colorful mosque by rice paddy on your cycling to Cho Moi. You have a chance to have a quick look at Hoa Hao Buddhist Holy Pagoda. This afternoon, the cycle routes enable you to visit the Monastery. It's about 3  years older than the Notre Dame Cathedral in Saigon. You will explore many islands and end up at Cao Lanh city. Stay overnight in Cao Lanh.

Rock and roll on the bike into beautiful villages, stop at brick factories to see how hard locals work. Continue bicycling to  Xeo Quyt, the former base of Vietnam in Dong Thap province. Viet Cong guide will take you into the Xeo Quyt mangrove forest by rowboat. Your lunch is well-arranged at Xeo Quyt restaurant.  It depends on your cycling ability, you may have a short or long ride in the afternoon before driving back to Saigon. Tour is over!
