Cuc Phuong National Park is located in Ninh Bình Province, in Vietnam's Red River Delta. Cuc Phuong was Vietnam's first national park and is the country's largest nature reserve. The park is one of the most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam.

Day 1: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Thung Nang (L, D) – 30 km cycling

Leave Hanoi at 07.30 and head south for a 2-hours drive along Highway One. Once we reach Hoa Lu, we are introduced to our bicycles. We then start cycling to visit the two remaining temples of the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu. Our morning continues with a 1-hour cycle to Tam Coc (12km), just passing scenes of local village life and rice paddies. Arrive at Tam Coc by lunch, we check in Hotel for a break and have lunch. After that, we cycle for 20 minutes from Tam Coc to Thung Nang wharf where we will have an hour boat trip to visit Thung Nang. This new boat route takes us off the tourist trail and along an undiscovered route. The boats are waiting for you to head back for another exciting cycle in the afternoon to Ninh Van – a stone handicraft village. On the way, you will experience a wooden boat ride – using local transportation. Ninh Van has located 5km from Tam Coc, here you have a chance to see many sculptures shaping up under the artist’s hands and visit an old stone villa. Cycling to visit Thai Vi Temple. Around 17:00 we say goodbye to the village and cycle back to our Hotel.

Day 2: Ninh Binh  – Cuc Phuong National Park – Hanoi  (B, L) – 70 km cycling
Following breakfast, start cycling from the hotel to the gate of Cuc Phuong Park via Hoa Lu, Bai Dinh pagodas to recharge your energy for 12km cycling to the center of the park. We will start again and make a couple of stops along the way to visit the Cave of Ancient Man. Transfer back to Cuc Phuong gate to visit the rescue central before transferring back to Hanoi. End The Tours.
